Costs of Services
At Little Warriors Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised support that makes a real difference. Charging for our face-to-face and other services allows us to ensure that every child receives the time, attention, and expertise they deserve.
Our fees cover much more than just the time spent together. They reflect the preparation, resources, and professional experience that go into tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of your child. This includes planning, documentation, travel, and ongoing communication with families and other professionals.
Assessments
The format and duration of an assessment is determined by the clinical team based upon the reason for referral and presentation. The cost is calculated on the hourly rate and administration time, and can vary from 45- to 120-minutes, depending on the type of assessment required.
If you require a report, please advise your therapist. This will incur an additional fee depending on the complexity of the report.
Reports
The format and duration of an report is determined by the clinical team based upon the reason for report purpose and the child's clinical presentation. The cost is calculated on the hourly rate and can vary from 15- to 240-minutes, depending on the type of report required.
Any report or documention is an additional fee to any service fee.

Consultations
The duration and location of consultations are determined by the clinical team based upon the goals of intervention, setting needs and presentation.
See the table below for duration (minutes) of standard consultations. Services are charged in 5 minute increments, based on direct service and support provision time provided by our team.

We bill for the time our staff spend providing each Service, which includes:
